We are a focused dessert bakery: instead of a counter full of loaves and pastries, we do a handful of things and do them fresh every day, with the cold Japanese soufflé at the centre of everything.
Our signature is the soufflé cream cake — a cloud-soft Japanese soufflé sponge sliced and filled with fresh whipped cream and fruit. It is the same dessert café regulars know as our cream sando: a soft, fluffy fresh-cream cake you can hold in one hand. We bake the soufflé in-house, chill it to a springy, pillowy finish, and fill it to order in nine rotating flavours, from Hokkaido Milk and Double Matcha to Strawberry, Mango and Biscoff Hojicha.
Beyond the soufflé, our dessert case keeps going. We scoop small-batch gelato — French Vanilla, the chocolate-hazelnut Bacio, Tiramisu, Raspberry Cheesecake and more — and dairy-free, fruit-forward sorbet in Mango and Raspberry for anyone who wants something lighter or vegan-friendly. For the green-tea crowd, our matcha desserts lean on real Uji matcha. It is a tight, considered line-up: a Japanese dessert bakery that would rather make a few things beautifully than stock a hundred.
Everything is made fresh and served cold or chilled — this is a dessert bakery for people who like soft, light, fluffy textures over heavy bakes. Walk in for a single cream cake, scoop a cup of gelato, grab a 2-pack to share, or build a box for the office. We bake daily at both shops, so what you see in the case was made that morning.
One honest note: 6 Cloud is a dessert shop, not a custom-cake bakery. We make individual, portioned desserts — fresh-cream cake by the piece, gelato and sorbet by the scoop — but we do not currently make whole tiered birthday cakes, custom wedding cakes or bento lettering cakes to order.
