Free items received through a redemption don’t earn points.
Reward vouchers are valid 90 days, for personal use only, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Points have no cash value and don’t stack with other coupons (except the member −$1 price).
Legacy members: existing stickers are automatically converted at 1 sticker = 20 points, and any free-soufflé vouchers already issued stay valid until they expire.
