Terms of Service & Cloud Rewards Program Terms

The program

Cloud Rewards is 6 Cloud’s free loyalty program. It is available at our two Toronto stores — Midtown (3236 Yonge St) and Yonge & Finch — and online at www.6cloud.co. There is no fee to join and no purchase is required to become a member.

Joining & your account

You can join in store on the counter tablet with just a phone number, or online at 6cloud.co/login using an SMS code, an email and password, or Google. Each person may hold one account, and every account is keyed to a mobile phone number.

Providing a phone number at in-store signup registers the account, but online access always requires verifying that phone number with an SMS code — whoever controls the phone number controls the account. Please keep your number up to date in Account → Security.

Earning points

Every CAD $1 you spend (pre-tax) earns 1 point — in store when you give your phone number or show your member QR, or online when you order while signed in. Free items received through a redemption don’t earn points.

Redeeming rewards

Available rewards and their point costs are listed in the app and on the site. Redeem in store by showing your member QR or giving your phone number to staff, who apply the reward on the spot.

Reward vouchers are valid for 90 days from issue, are personal and non-transferable, and have no cash value. Points have no cash value and don’t stack with other coupons or offers.

Point expiry

Points expire 12 months on a rolling basis from each purchase — every purchase’s points last 12 months from the date you earned them.

Legacy sticker cards

Sticker cards from before 2026 were automatically converted at 1 sticker = 20 points. Free-soufflé vouchers that were already issued stay valid until their printed expiry.

Birthday reward

Add your birthday to your account and you’ll receive a free soufflé reward for your birthday, once per year. Your birthday can be set once — if a mistake was made, contact staff and we’ll correct it.

Account security

Changes to the email or phone number on your account require verification — a code or confirmation sent to the new contact. Password changes require you to re-authenticate first.

6 Cloud will never ask you for your SMS code. Never share a verification code with anyone, including someone claiming to be 6 Cloud staff.

Program changes

6 Cloud may modify, suspend or end the program, or adjust point values and rewards, with reasonable notice. Abuse or fraudulent activity may lead to closure of the account involved.

Site content

The content of www.6cloud.co — text, images, branding and design — belongs to 6 Cloud and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and the rewards program honestly and lawfully, and not to interfere with the site, other members’ accounts, or the operation of the program.

No warranty & liability

The site is provided as-is. While we work to keep information accurate and the service available, we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, 6 Cloud’s liability in connection with the site and the program is limited.
