Mini soufflés are our signature cold Japanese soufflé in miniature — the same soft, fluffy cloud and cream centre you know from 6 Cloud, sized down to a single bite. Small and handy, they are easy to hand round, easy to pack, and easy to love.
They are made for picnics and gift boxes. Nine little soufflés sit snugly in one box, so you can bring a spread of flavours to a park, a party, or drop a thoughtful gift at someone’s door. Pick a mix, or fill the whole box with the one flavour you can’t stop thinking about.
